          Pellon 523 Decovil Light Sew-In Stabilizer 17" x 10 Yards Bolt - Beige. It is a lightweight, flexible backing. This non-woven stabilizer has a leather-like handle, making it easy to shape. With its unique handle, it is resilient, resistant to bending, and the cutting edges stay tight. It is ideally suited for the creating of hats, belts, bags, fabric bowls, accessories, and home decoration projects. Great for use with synthetic or natural fabrics. Fiber Content: 45% Polyester, 30% Viscose, 25% Polyamide.
