This paint was designed to cover dark backgrounds with light application. On light backgrounds it produces a subtle designer palette alternative to a more intense color scheme. It brushes on smoothly, is water-based, dry cleanable, light fast, and remain soft & flexible when dry. Lumiere Fabric Paint may be painted, stenciled, screen printed, airbrushed (when diluted), and stamped on fabrics, canvas, wood, paper and more. It may also be added to NeOpaque to produce an antique effect.
